General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing or using the Credit Free platform via the website creditfree.best or any related application, you hereby agree to be fully bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to register for or use Credit Free's services.

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and Credit Free ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the amended terms.

Credit Free reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of its services at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to operational requirements and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the Credit Free platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 years of age and above on the date of registration.
• A valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident.
• Not appear on any exclusion list or self-exclusion register enforced by any relevant authority.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or for fraudulent purposes.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Credit Free. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number and a valid email address. Credit Free reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to meet compliance requirements.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Credit Free will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Credit Free accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only:

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on Credit Free are conducted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) only. No foreign payment methods are accepted and no currency conversion takes place on this platform.

Withdrawals on Credit Free are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 every transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet whose registered name matches the member's registered name.
• Credit Free reserves the right to request identity verification before approving withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.
• Withdrawal processing time is 15 to 30 minutes for regular members and faster for VIP members.
• Any withdrawal attempt suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be held for further investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

Credit Free offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions outlined in their respective bonus terms. The general conditions applicable to all Credit Free bonuses are as follows:

• 100% welcome bonus up to RM 888 is available to new members on their first deposit only and cannot be combined with any other offer.
• All bonuses are subject to terms rollover as clearly stated in the relevant bonus terms before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses can only be used within the Credit Free platform and cannot be transferred to other members.
• Credit Free reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, multi-accounting, or any method that violates these terms.
• The 10% weekly cashback offer is calculated based on net losses for that week and is credited every Monday.
• EPL parlay and e-sports bonuses vary based on the number of selections in the betting slip and are subject to the percentages specified in the current promotion terms.

Credit Free reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a member's account prior to the amendment date, provided the wagering requirements have not yet been fulfilled.

Game Rules

The Credit Free platform offers a wide range of game categories, including Live Casino, table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, dragon tiger), Sports Betting (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and international leagues), and e-sports betting (Mobile Legends, DOTA 2, Valorant, and more). The general rules applicable to all games are:

• All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by international certification bodies to ensure fairness and randomness of results.
• Decisions finalized by the Credit Free system are conclusive and non-disputable unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, software vulnerabilities, or automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• In Sports Betting and E-Sports, any match that is cancelled or postponed beyond the specified time limit will result in the bet amount being refunded to the member's account.
• The odds displayed on Credit Free are the final confirmed odds before betting closes. Any change in odds after a bet has been confirmed does not affect the recorded bet.

Responsibilities & Liability Limits

The Credit Free platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Credit Free strives to ensure continuous and stable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, delays, or errors.

Credit Free is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet disruptions or network issues on the member's end.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Betting or game decisions you make based on unverified third-party information.
• Indirect, consequential or special losses under any circumstances, even if Credit Free has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

Credit Free's total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount held in that member's account at the time the claim is made.

Responsible Gaming

Credit Free believes that healthy entertainment must come with responsibility. We provide a range of control tools to help members manage their platform usage wisely:

• Deposit Limit: Members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in their account settings. Limits take effect immediately once set and can be lowered at any time.
• Play Time Limit: A session time reminder tool is available to help members keep track of the total time spent on the platform.
• Self-Break: Members may request a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.

Account Closure & Suspension

• Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or use automated software.
• Suspected money laundering activities.
• Requests from relevant authorities.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the Credit Free support team via live chat or email at support@creditfree.best. Any valid balance in the account will be returned to the original payment method within 3 business days upon completion of the investigation.

Amendments to Terms

Credit Free reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through one or more of the following methods:

• A notice within the Credit Free platform that is clearly visible to logged-in members.
• Email sent to the address registered by the member.
• A notice on the Credit Free platform homepage.

Continued use of the Credit Free platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect.
